New highlight for Augsburg: CV Real Estate launches marketing of new office building AURUM within the framework of Expo Real

(Munich/Augsburg, October 11, 2021) Spectacular architecture, modern office worlds – and in a perfect city center location at Augsburg's main train station. CV Real Estate AG, one of the leading project development and real estate consulting companies in Germany, is presenting details of its new construction project AURUM in the heart of Augsburg at Expo Real in Munich, thus also officially launching the marketing of the development. Characteristic features of the property, with a total area of around 19,000 sqm on a 3,849 sqm plot, are the shiny gold facade and the curved crown shape of the staircase-like rising roofs of the individual structures. With AURUM, CV Real Estate is further enhancing the entire area around Augsburg Central Station, which will be developed into a future-oriented hub for long-distance, regional and local passenger transport in the coming years, and enriching the city with state-of-the-art office and complementary retail and restaurant space on the first floor.

Christian Vogrincic, Chairman and CEO of CV Real Estate AG: "Augsburg is one of Bavaria's most important business centers with enormous potential and excellent transport links. The fact that we have the opportunity to design one of the last development sites in the city center with the property directly next to the main train station therefore makes us very happy." The renowned architectural firm of Henning Larsen was commissioned with the planning. In addition to the striking architecture, which literally marks a new highlight in the heart of Augsburg, the property will also impress in the future with innovative and flexible office space with high-quality fittings, other highlights such as a roof terrace with sky bar and a sustainability concept. For example, the property will be realized in accordance with ESG guidelines and the development will focus, among other things, on energy-related building efficiency and sustainable building materials. LEED core + shell certification is being sought. Anatol Obolensky, CEO and COO of CV Real Estate AG: "AURUM will offer future users everything that modern work entails in terms of comfort, flexibility, sustainability and local amenities. That's why we are confident to count top-class companies among the future tenants." The granting of the building permit is imminent, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023. The real estate consulting firm NAI Apollo has been commissioned with the marketing.
