(Munich, November 5, 2020) Sustainable mobility planning, efficient use of resources, clear user-centeredness – CV Innovation Lab GmbH, subsidiary and research department of CV Real Estate AG, supports the project developer in the realization of a sustainable, innovative future quarter in the south of Nuremberg. A future-oriented residential quarter for the Franconian metropolitan region is to be built on the WA3 construction site of the Lichtenreuth project development, which CV Real Estate AG recently acquired. In addition to around 280 modern residential units, the plan is also to implement an environmentally friendly mobility solution and a sustainable resource concept. CV Innovation Lab GmbH specializes in researching and developing, among other things, smart mobility solutions and concepts for forward-looking neighborhood and urban planning. Anatol Obolensky, COO and member of the board of CV Real Estate AG: "Today, sustainability and resource conservation are quite elementary and indispensable components of project development. CV Innovation Lab GmbH deals with precisely these issues and is therefore involved in the development and planning of our projects right from the start – as is the case here in Nuremberg." The planned future quarter is being built in close proximity to the future, new Nuremberg Technical University and is intended to combine living, working and recreation.
The CV Innovation Lab GmbH team wants to make the urban quarter and its mobility innovative, sustainable and, in particular, "future-ready". Friedrich Wilkening, Innovation Manager of CV Innovation Lab GmbH, says: "We see optimal conditions here for introducing our innovative impulses from the areas of mobility, sustainability and user-centeredness in a holistic and smart way. We are delighted to be working with CV Real Estate AG to realize this extraordinary project, which takes up the character of the Lichtenreuth project development and develops it in a forward-looking way."
