- Hotel project development with four floors and 170 parking spaces completed after a two-year construction period
- 32-million-euro project on approximately 6,300 sqm site at Otto-Lilienthal-Ring 32 impresses with prime location near A 94 motorway
- CV Real Estate AG had already sold project to final investor in advance
(Munich, December 2020) Completion fully on schedule: CV Real Estate AG, one of the leading project development and investment companies in southern Germany, has now handed over a hotel project with 166 rooms on a total of four floors to the future user, the Hilton Garden Inn Munich Messe, after a construction period of around two years. The hotel at Otto-Lilienthal-Ring 32 in Feldkirchen near Munich is now in operation – the property had already been sold in advance by CV Projektentwicklung to the end investor, a well-known family office. Christian Vogrincic, CEO of CV Real Estate AG: "As a cross-use class project developer, we know the special needs of individual asset classes, but we also look beyond the end of our nose and benefit from our holistic know-how as a generalist. The fact that we were able to complete and hand over to the user this exciting hotel project with the best connections to Messe München in only two years of construction and thus fully on schedule shows how efficient we are – especially now in these special times."
In 2017, CV Real Estate AG had acquired the approximately 6,300 sqm site at Otto-Lilienthal-Ring 32 in Feldkirchen near Munich – with direct access to the A 94 motorway – and in 2018 had already started construction work on the project with a total volume of around 32 million euros. Anatol Obolensky, COO and Management Board member of CV Real Estate AG: "The hotel use class is and will remain an extremely important pillar in the real estate market, and even temporary market conditions will not change this in the medium and long term if the general conditions are right. That's why the handover of this property to Hilton Garden Inn, especially at the current time, is quasi emblematic of the trust that the hotel asset class rightly enjoys." The plans for the hotel, which has now freshly opened, were drawn up by Oliv Architekten. The hotel, which includes a 170-space parking garage and 13 additional parking spaces in front of the hotel, will in the future complement the hotel offering for business travelers in Munich's east, particularly due to its excellent connections to the trade fair city. The user, Hilton Garden Inn, which belongs to the Tristar hotel group, has signed a 20-year lease for the hotel property.
