CV Capitalpartners GmbH advises CV Real Estate AG on the acquisition of "Baufeld WA3" of the Lichtenreuth project development in Nuremberg

(Munich, November 12, 2020) Real estate investments and projects with potential – these are those that Munich-based CV Real Estate AG identifies at an early stage, plans holistically and develops to create value. The company's own subsidiary, CV Capitalpartners GmbH, covers all areas of project financing, from investment consulting to the provision of equity capital. In the course of the transaction of the "Baufeld WA3" of the Lichtenreuth project development in Nuremberg, CV Capitalpartners GmbH also successfully arranged the financing for the acquisition of the land. For both the equity and the debt tranche, a medical pension fund could be won in each case. "This represents a further step in our efforts to work increasingly with institutional investors," says Anatol Obolensky, member of the Management Board of CV Real Estate AG. For the future, it is planned to penetrate the market of traditional institutional investors more and more intensively with various financing vehicles. Furthermore, investments with the in-house AIF are announced.
