(Munich, December 2021) The acquisition of the premium office development CANYON on one of the last development sites of Mainzer Landstraße 23 was lead managed by CV Capital Partners GmbH. The wholly owned financing subsidiary of CV Real Estate AG arranged the financing for the landmark project in the heart of the financial metropolis on the river Main and, in addition to raising capital from a consortium consisting of institutional investors, structured the transaction; closing took place at the end of November. Not least with the experience gained from this transaction, we see ourselves in a position to accompany further institutional investors in complex financings as well as to provide access to attractive projects. We are very pleased to have successfully launched one of the largest loan amounts of the year with the financing of the premium office development, which will set new accents in Frankfurt's CBD in terms of green building and state-of-the-art working environments."
