- Real estate company presents itself at the joint stand of the City of Munich, A1.320
- Names and appearance of the two new projects presented
- Further purchases planned for this year
(Munich, October 12, 2021) With new projects and clear plans for the future! CV Real Estate AG, one of the leading project development and investment companies in Germany, has now presented further details on its new projects in Augsburg and Frankfurt am Main at the Expo Real real estate trade fair in Munich and provided information on further plans for the future. For example, the inner-city quarter development on the Ladehöfe site in the center of Augsburg will bear the name AURUM, underlining its importance for Bavaria's third-largest city. The premium office project in the heart of Frankfurt's Central Business District has been named CANYON, which particularly emphasizes the character of the property and the connection to nature expressed by the green facades. Christian Vogrincic, member of the board and CEO of CV Real Estate AG, said at the fair: "Both projects are important steps for the development of our company as well as defining properties for Augsburg and Frankfurt am Main. They will transform partial locations, so we are proud to present further details of the projects." But CV Real Estate AG intends to further expand its market position. "We are planning additional purchases in the Big 7 markets this year and are currently in good negotiations," says board member and COO Anatol Obolensky.
AURUM – bright prospects for Augsburg
Exemplary for the development of the company, which was able to triple its development volume in 2021 compared to the previous year, is the new construction project AURUM in Augsburg. On a site area of 3,849 square meters directly at the main train station, modern office worlds are being created on around 19,000 square meters of gross floor area. The architectural firm of Henning Larsen has been commissioned with the planning. A characteristic feature of the ensemble is the shiny gold facade of the buildings, which extend in a staircase shape and, together with the curved crown shape of the roofs, were the inspiration for the building's name. Christian Vogrincic continues: "The AURUM will be a new highlight for Augsburg, and we are aware of this responsibility as a developer acting in close cooperation with the city." Currently, the site bordering southeast directly on the main train station, one of Bavaria's most important transportation hubs, which will be thoroughly modernized in the next few years, is being prepared. The granting of the building permit is imminent, and completion is planned for the last quarter of 2023. Lease negotiations have already started, NAI Apollo has been commissioned with the marketing.
CANYON – forward-looking office worlds
No less exciting is the planning of CV Real Estate's other new project in the banking metropolis of Frankfurt am Main. There, the company had acquired a gutted existing property at Mainzer Landstrasse 23 and will develop it into a modern office property. The new name, CANYON – Frankfurt CBD, symbolizes above all the sustainable overall concept of the project, which will feature climate-friendly, planted roof areas, a green facade and a spacious atrium. Another special feature is the modern, flexible new-work spaces, which offer renowned users all kinds of freedom to develop and flexibility for modern business. Anatol Obolensky explains: "Frankfurt is Germany's most international market and has gained further profile in recent years. That's why we are delighted to be able to offer attractive rental space here with CANYON on the last development site on Mainzer Landstrasse in the CBD and to set impulses in terms of sustainability." Successful marketing in one of Europe's most competitive markets is ensured by BNP Paribas Real Estate and real estate consultancy JLL. KSP Engel is responsible for planning.
Further growth planned
In addition to the two new projects and its activities in its home market of Munich as well as the neighborhood development in Nuremberg-Lichtenreuth, where CV Real Estate is realizing a total of 128 modern apartments, further growth is planned. Christian Vogrincic: "We are currently in the process of several due diligence processes and will probably provide information on further acquisitions by the end of the year." In addition, CV Real Estate also wants to grow structurally and has recently entered into important cooperations with innovation drivers ranging from FinTechs to mobility start-ups.
